Jan Wisniewski, AIA, is registered in both Georgia and North Carolina. With more then thirty years experience, his projects touch all areas of the building industry including commercial offices, healthcare, industrial, government, institutional, retail, restaurant, and multi-family and single family housing. He has worked on projects for Ingles Foods, Annheuser-Busch, Coca-Cola, 3M Corporation, Lockheed-Martin, St Joseph Hospital, Asheville, N.C., Georgia Backyard, Perimeter Mall Atlanta, and Centex Homes. Jan, together with a full compliment of engineering consultants including structural, mechanical, civil, and electrical can take any size project from start to finish. His services include creating design documents, writing specifications, cost estimates and material evaluations, project management, and building code review.
