The SVS Plaza project, located in Suwanee, GA includes a new 28,220 sf mercantile facility. The exterior of the building is faced with brick on all four sides. It is separated into suites, with the grocery store (14,198 sf) being the anchor suite. The remaining suites are for future tenants.

The Koch project, located in Snellville, GA is a 2,370 sf residential modification to an existing lower level. The project includes:

• Upgrading the theater room by adding a new wet bar; new stairs; and creating a new seating area.
• Upgrading the existing bathroom
• Expanding the existing gym areas and game room by removing walls adding columns and beams between their adjacent rooms.
